Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. If ordering via a PO, please contact us before ordering to confirm billing options, and select PO as your payment option when you check out. Indiana residents only, please add 7% (.07) sales tax to your merchandise total.
Shipping
We ship your order either by US Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx Ground service. When ordering, be sure to provide both your mailing address and an address where a UPS shipment can be delivered, if the two are different.
Ready to Ship seed packets ship out within 2-3 days of order receipt, not including holidays and weekends. Custom and personalized orders have longer shipping times. If you must receive your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will determine shipping and rush options, if necessary. If there is a reason why your shipment is going to be delayed, we will contact you via email or phone with the reason and estimated date of shipment.
Return Policy
Custom printed orders are non-returnable items unless there is a printing error that did not appear on your approved proof, or the item is defective. If we make an error or ship you a defective item, it will either be replaced at no charge or your payment will be refunded.
